The role – Case Management Systems Developer – where you will be responsible for the design, development and day to day support and administration of the Liberate case management system ensuring it meets the needs of the Practice. You will also be very supportive in providing data analysis and report writing to aid the business’ understanding of its KPIs.

The candidate – This would suit someone who already has 12 months + in a similar case management role who is ready to move into a more mid level to senior role and take on that little bit of extra responsibility.

You will need to have strong communication and analytic skills as well as being an experienced Case Management Developer.

To be considered for this Case Management Systems Developer role your recent experience will ideally include the following;

·Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar development role
·Experience of Personal Injury/Legal Practice (not essential)
·High level of general IT skills and knowledge
·Excellent understanding of SQL, in particular; design, construction and execution of SQL queries, routine maintenance and performance monitoring
·Good knowledge and awareness of the IT sector and software development/design in general
·Basic knowledge of VBA (programming language)
·Good report writing and dashboard design skills
·Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
·Effective communication skills
·Excellent time management and organisational skills
·Ability to interact with others at all levels across the Practice
·Able to work on own initiative and unsupported from time to time
