International Software House is looking for a Business Analyst who has an extensive background working on HR / Human Resources projects covering the full range of Workforce Optimisation – rostering, time & attendance, shifts, absence management and analytics.

Having invested hugely in the development of a new product suite we are looking for someone who has extensive UK HR experience. This experience could have been gained whilst working as a Consultant, Business Analyst, Strategic HR Consultant or Functional Consultant as long as you have been involved in the designing / implementation of HRIS solutions.
What will make you stand out from the pack is commercial Workforce optimisation experience – rostering, time & attendance, shifts, absence management and analytics and have gathered requirements, produced functional specs and have delivered/implemented/research large enterprise HR systems.
Experience of working with HRIS products such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP etc will put you in good stead for this role.
You will form part of a very strong BA team and work alongside developers, testers and architects.
