IT Service Desk Analyst – No experienced necessary – must be passionate about computing and customer service!
This is a rare opportunity for a college or school leaver to gain vital experience within the IT industry and begin a career as an IT Service Desk Analyst.
To be considered for this IT Service Desk Analyst role you do not need to have any previous experience within IT but you will have a genuine interest in computing and will hold exceptional customer service skills.
You will receive exceptional training and will become an ITIL qualified Service Desk Analyst after an initial training period.
You will gain lots of experience across a broad range of IT support and learn lots of new skills and technologies.
