Helpdesk Analyst, Warrington 16-20k.

The role – A Helpdesk Analyst where you will be required to log calls and ‘fix’ IT support problems as best as you can before sending them to the 2nd line support analysts.
Your experience – Ideally 12 to 24 months experience within a similar helpdesk role with strong communication skills on the telephone and a good general all round knowledge of IT. My client works with various technologies such as; Windows, Outlook, Active Directory and more. Any basic networking experience would be a huge advantage.
