Our client is looking to employee a Graduate 1st Line Support Engineer to join their company. They are looking to employee an IT Graduate who has strong customer service skills and enthusiastic about a career in IT.

You will be responsible for providing high quality technical support on their software and hardware products. Reporting to the Senior Support Engineers you will be handling the incoming customer problems and resolving their issues effectively and efficiently.
The skills required for the role as Graduate 1st Line Support Engineer are:
* Competent with Microsoft operating systems
* Be able to communicate with clarity and very customer focused
* The ability to provide support services
* Problem solving skills
* Competent with basic computer skills
* Willingness to learn hardware and software
* Being able to align to the company values
