My client has been established for over 100 years. They have an enviable reputation for looking after their staff and are in the process of hiring a new member for their team. They are looking for a bright and articulate graduate who is keen to get their foot in the IT door. The role is a Customer Support/Helpdesk role where you will be dealing with users on a day to day basis who are having issues with their IT systems. The role is supporting users globally so you MUST be able to speak Spanish. The ideal candidate for this Customer Support Executive role will have the following skills;
