Role: Working for this software house as a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for specialist technical know-how at 3rd line level whilst leading the support team by ensuring there is a high standard of processes and procedures as well as ensuring best practices are followed.
This is an exciting opportunity where you will be reporting to the Development Manager working closely with the dev team so would suit someone with IT technical hands-on know-how.
You will find yourself working out of a modern office facility with free parking, though the team are currently working remotely. There is also an on-call bonus for 1 in 4.
Salary & Package: Base salary up to £45K, 25 days holiday, free parking plus further benefits. The office is based in the Midlands, commutable from Leicester, Nuneaton, Coventry, Birmingham and Burton on Trent as well as the wider Leicester area. Must be able to drive, not accessible via public transport.
