My Client are looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer with great communication skills to join their team to help them with their company expansion. You will be required to support their internal software and answer and escalate initial calls. Skills and Technologies

* Support, maintenance and configure the internal service desk software
* Answer and escalate the initial calls
* 2:1 or above degree
* Preform testing and development solutions created in response to support requests
* Log problems for both internal and external customers
* Unix/Linux experience is desirable
* Prepare and issue statistical reposts for internal and external clients
