Meet The Team

Nadine Bramley

Often described as a ‘bit bonkers’ I would like to see myself more as a successful business woman with a good sense of fun. Apart from being a Director and part owner of Ascent People I am also a proud (but sometimes exasperated) mum of 3. In my spare time I like to……..SPARE TIME? What’s that?

Jo Bevington

I have been working in the recruitment industry for over 15 years and can honestly say, without hesitation, that nothing surprises me when it comes to working with people – we are an interesting lot!

I am married with two children and as co-owner of Ascent People it often means I don’t get too much time to myself, but I am an avid F1 fan and am trying hard to find my inner zen, if only I could make it to my yoga class.

My personal target this year is to start learning the piano, so far I have bought a book, “learn to play the piano”. It’s a start at least…

image001Bryn Evans

Recruitment Consultant

Bryn arrives with an extensive career in both sales and recruitment already behind him and has a clear objective in what it takes to drive recruitment in a candidate-driven market. Bryn has experience recruiting in Java, contract, headhunting and as a 360 consultant.

But it wasn’t always work, work, work. Before getting in to recruitment Bryn trained as an actor at both Manchester Metropolitan and in Wroclaw, Poland gaining a BA (Hons) in Drama and a Masters in Acting. So when the Ascent People YouTube director comes a calling, we all know whose desk they’ll be knocking at first!

Megan Barrow

IT Resourcing & Social Media Consultant

Megan is from Wigan and when she is not recruiting developer talent and qualifying them with clients she likes nothing better than to watch Wigan Warriors take on the rest in Super League.

She qualified from Edge Hill University with a degree in History and uses it to her advantage being able to quote, at will, the last time Wigan beat local rivals St Helens in a Grand Final!
