Do you have around 1 years’ experience of telesales or new business development? Or are you keen to get started in a sales career? Our client is a data management company who provide analytical software to a number of high profile clients. They are a growing, thriving organisation who is currently ahead of its growth plan to triple in size in 2014. This is an exciting time to join this company and as a New Business Development/Telesales executive you will be required to have the following skills;
* Ambition, confidence, and a strong work ethic
* Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
* Undergraduate degree with some relevant work experience
* Experience using a CRM solution such as Salesforce.com a plus
* Solid Microsoft Office skills
* Ability to meet or exceed individual goals set by team manager
* Must be highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and flexible
* Positive attitude, with the desire to work in a rapid-growth, entrepreneurial environment
* Additional language skills a plus, especially German
