This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Technical Lead with Application Support experience to join a progressive software house’s growing Support function. If you have these skills, then please get in touch; you will not be disappointed.
Role: Working for this software house as a Tech/IT Support Lead you will be responsible for leading the support team by ensuring there is a high standard of processes and procedures as well as ensuring best practices are following. This is a 70/30 split role so you will still get to use your support skills.
This is an exciting opportunity where you will be reporting to the Development Manager working closely with the dev team.
Desirables include Azure, Docker, SQL and ITIL.
You will find yourself working out of a modern office facility with free parking, though the team are currently working remotely. There is also an on-call bonus for 1 in 4.
Salary & Package: Base salary up to £45K, 25 days holiday, free parking plus further benefits. The office is based in the Midlands, commutable from Leicester, Nuneaton, Coventry, Birmingham and Burton on Trent as well as the wider Leicester area. Must be able to drive, not accessible via public transport.
