The role – A Technical Account Manager – someone who can act as a technical advocate for key Infrastructure customers, using technical problem solving and management skills to act as a dedicated liaison between your customers and internal and external stakeholders.
As a Technical Account Manager you will be dedicated to handling the complex support requirements for your customers, addressing their specific needs and objectives and providing technical and strategic direction for the account. Experience in most of the following is needed to fulfill this Technical Account Manager role;
1 Ability to maintain strong customer relationships
2 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4 Stakeholder Management
5 Strong technical background with good all round knowledge of IT
6 Ability to communicate complex technical requirements clearly to non-technical or mixed audiences
1 Infrastructure Industry experience
2 Hands-on Wonderware experience
3 Commercial acumen
4 ITIL V3 foundation knowledge and experience
5 Experience of requirements gathering and translation to solutions/architecture
