The company is currently looking for a dedicated 2nd line service desk analyst to support their clients’ needs with professionalism, exceptional customer service and expertise knowledge. The suitable candidate will have:

* 2 + years’ experience in a service desk/IT support role
* ITIL foundation
* Fantastic customer service skills
* Experience as 2nd line support
* Great communication skills
* Aspiration to become team leader
* Ability to adapt, maintain and modify internal support systems.
