ROLE: New role created for a Senior Full Stack Developer looking to move into a Tech Lead position. This role will have you doing hands-on development 50% of the time with the other 50% attending meetings, engaging with the wider business and other companies within the group as well as leading your team.
Technical skills: C# ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, jQuery / Knockout / Angular, WebAPI, Visual Studio
This is a role where we are looking for you to become the Gold Standard for software development, therefore Communication & Confidence is key to this role.
You will work in a cross-functional Scrum team alongside enthusiastic Developers, Business Analysts, Software Testers, and UI designers.
The Development Manager is extremely passionate and looking for someone to compliment his thought process and be the catalyst in driving this product development team forward. There is a proactive approach to learning and development here and they will want you to get on board with that, keeping your finger on the pulse with technology trends, new ways of doing things, and encouraging the team to always be ‘best in class’.
