**Brand new role – Exclusive to Ascent People**
UK Grown Software House is looking for a Lead Developer / Software Team Leader (hands-on) to be a key member of a growing development team as they continue to improve and migrate existing enterprise-level software and build new applications for a global market. This client has an impressive customer base and supports these large organisations in their global services. This role will have you working from home with fortnightly/monthly visits to London whilst you are embedding yourself into the team. To be considered for this post you must have worked as a Senior Developer / Lead Developer or Team Leader either leading a team or leading on a project etc.
This Lead Developer / Team Leader will report to the Head of Development and join their Agile / Scrum team. Excellent technology stack. You will work on legacy/new product development and help take these products forward to meet the demands of this ever-evolving industry. You will run with your own projects and have a responsibility to get these products over the line. They will look to you to bring ideas to the table and influence how technology is built moving forward.
Team leadership to include the general wellbeing of the team, hiring/firing, sickness, personal development, work allocation etc.

Salary on offer is up to 75K base + benefits. Flexi start/finish.
