My client is a global solutions provider who has an exceptional reputation for looking after their staff

The are looking to expand their implementation team and are on n the look out for a Junior Business Analyst/Implementation Analyst.

The purpose of the Junior Business Analyst / Implementation Analyst is to work as part of a small IT Implementation team, supporting Implementation Analysts in the delivery of new software implementations by providing training to users and configuring the software to meet specifications. You will be collaborating with customers to validate solutions and ensures user requirements are met.

It is essential that you have strong customer service / client facing skills to be successful in the Junior Business Analyst / Implementation Analyst role as you will be working very closely with my clients customers.

Ideally a recent graduate with a 2;1 or above in a IT, Science or Business related degree

Any experience with the following would be desirable but not essential if you are a recent graduate;

●Ability to work on own initiative and as apart of a team.
●Analytical mindset with ability to resolve complex business problems with excellent user outcomes.
●Comfortable demonstrating software processes to potentially large audiences and senior management.
●User focussed, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and champion user needs.
●Accountable, taking ownership of the implementation of configuration specifications and technical issues.
●Effective communication of business change and processes.

Technical Specification – again not essential

●SQL skills, with ability to write queries and execute simple update statements (desirable).
●Ability to write basic javascript expressions (desirable).
●Application bug diagnostics (desirable):
○Log analysis.
○Debugging.

Language skills:

Spanish speaking desirable but not essential

Occasional travel will be included in this role

Are you an experienced Software Implementation / Configuration Analyst

The role;

Software Implementation Analyst – You will work as part of a small IT Implementation team, supporting the delivery of new software implementations by providing training to users and configuring the software to meet specifications. You will work with customers to validate solutions and ensure user requirements are met.

Your background;

As a Software Implementation Analyst you will have;

·2+ years experience in a systems/software implementation or technical support role.
·Experience in implementing and configuring either bespoke or off the shelf solutions is essential.
·Experience liaising with software vendors would be a bonus.
·Experience using tools such as Asana, Redmine, Git and Google Apps is desirable, not essential

Your responsibilities as a Software Implementation Analyst will include;

·Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and configure the software to meet their needs.
·Coordinate with customers on user acceptance testing of configuration elements, validating the software build.
·Create training material and provide training to users. Identify and assist to
peripherals.
·Administer set up of systems according to specifications and ensure the systems are in synchronisation with customer requirements.
·Collaborate with various teams to validate system processes and work flow.
·Prepare and provide demonstrations of software.
·Support the technical lead in providing implementation estimates and project plans.
·Research and test off the shelf applications, as part of the vendor on boarding process.
·Monitor vendor performance continuously, reporting on performance to the IT management team.
·Collate and maintain standard implementation packages in collaboration with the product support team, with adequate training materials and implementation guides.
·Keep up to date with software changes, learning new features and system processes.
·Support with software deployment, executing upgrades where required.
·This role may involve travel to both UK and overseas sites to assist with system implementations and training.

Strong SQL skills, with the ability to write queries and execute simple update statements are required for this role.

Any Spanish language skills would be desirable but again, not essential.
