IT Support Engineer
Key skills; senior IT support experience, 2nd, 3rd Line, Strong SQL/SQL Server experience, Windows, Good customer service skills.

The role – An IT Support Engineer – where you will provide high quality, telephone-based, 2ne and 3rd line technical support on a wide range of Industrial Software and associated products.
Key responsibilities for the IT Support Engineer include;
·Ensuring that all requests and enquiries are logged in the call tracking system and progressed to a satisfactory conclusion
·To assist with configuration and implementation of paid consultancy
·To improve the efficiency of the team and improve the service it provides to my clients customer base
·To operate within the Company and Group standards
Your previous experience will include;
1.At least 3 years experience in a similar Support, IT Support or Software Support role using SQL/SQL Server to a high level
2.Having the ability to be customer focused
1.To be competent with Windows and other Microsoft products
2.To be competent with basic computer skills
3.The willingness to learn new software and hardware skills
4.To be able to communicate with clarity
5.To be comfortable on the telephone
6.The ability to provide support services
7.Problem solving skills
8.Being able to work as part of a team
9.Being able to align to the company values
10.Automation Industry knowledge
11.Excellent Computing skills
13.Wonderware, Rockwell or SCADA knowledge
