ROLE: Reporting into the Head of Client Services, you will be a visionary within delivering a world class IT service and be responsible for ensuring all services are delivered to a high standard. You will plan and design the service delivery process and monitor it’s progress, resolve issues and initiate appropriate actions as required. Expect to be proactive! We need an IT Service Delivery Manager who is used to working in high pressured and fast paced environments, dealing with IT professionals as well as retail clients at the top of their game.
This isn’t a man-management role but you will be working closely with IT Managers to ensure relationships are developed and expectations managed. You need to have an understanding of the retail sector and come with retail systems knowledge whether that be warehouseing, EPOS, store or merchandising systems to name examples.
