They are looking for a Graduate Software Support Engineer / Application support Analyst who has a strong customer service attitude as well as an understanding of IT and Software Applications. You will have excellent communication skills and will be able to prioritise calls on a Service Desk. You will receive full product training and will eventually manage all levels of support calls from 1st – 3rd Line. Any experience of ERP Software, WEB Applications, and Databases will be a huge advantage as would any Visual Studio, or MS Windows knowledge.

We are looking for an enthusiastic junior-level support engineer who has excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and has a proactive approach to their work.
Any experience of working in a fast pace customer support or services role will be a good foundation for the position.
