They are looking for a Graduate Service Desk Analyst / Application support Analyst who has a strong customer service attitude as well as an understanding of IT and Software Applications. You will have excellent communication skills and will be able to prioritise calls on a Service Desk. You will recieve full product training and will eventually manage all levels of support calls from 1st – 3rd Line. Any experience of ERP Software such as Dynamics, SAP, Navision or EPOS would be a huge advantage as would any Visual Studio, SQL Server or MS Windows knowledge. An ITIL qualification would also be considered highly.
