The role; An IT Support Engineer role where you will supporting my client’s customers who have issues with their bespoke systems. You will spend a lot of the time speaking to and helping customers and will endeavour to fix their IT issues to the best of your ability before passing on to a more technical person within the team.

Your likely background; You will either be a recent IT graduate (ideally with a 2;1 or above) who is eager to get their foot in the IT door or you will already have 1 to 2 years’ experience within a similar customer facing IT support role who is looking to work for a better company. Regardless of your experience you will have exceptional communication and customer service skills. You must be articulate and intelligent with an enthusiastic and professional manner on the phone. Any previous network support experience would be a bonus whether it’s from studying this within a module at university or within a similar role.
