Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support/Service Desk Analyst who has experience of working within a busy contact or call centre and who wants to start a career in IT. It is essential that you already have some customer support or customer service experience and will possess an excellent telephone manner and a problem solving attitude. This role will require you to work on a shift rota that will include 24/7 shifts so you must be flexible in working hours. You will gain experience of working within a telecoms and IT/Software environment and undoubtedly pick up lots of experience within the IT industry. You will be expected to have the following skills to be considered for this role;
* Strong customer facing skills
* Experience of working within a customer call centre or contact centre
* A desire to get into IT
* Good problem solving skills
* Professional attitude
* The ability to work well with minimal supervision
