Reporting to the Senior Support Engineers you will be handling the incoming customer problems and resolving their issues effectively and efficiently.
The skills required for the role as 1st Line Support Engineer are:
* Competent with Microsoft operating systems
* Be able to communicate with clarity and very customer focused
* The ability to provide support services
* Problem solving skills
* Competent with basic computer skills
* Willingness to learn hardware and software
* Being able to align to the company values
