You will be required to support their internal software and answer and escalate initial calls. Skills and Technologies
* Support, maintenance and configure the internal service desk software
* Answer and escalate the initial calls
* 2:1 or above degree
* Preform testing and development solutions created in response to support requests
* Log problems for both internal and external customers
* Unix/Linux experience is desirable
* Prepare and issue statistical reposts for internal and external clients
