We are recruiting on behalf of a global software house that is recognised for their investment in people including excellent training and career opportunities.
They are looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst / Application support Analyst who has a strong background in Business to Business (B2B) Helpdesk and Software Support. You will have excellent communication skills and will be able to prioritise calls on a busy Service Desk and you will also be involved in 2nd Line support where you will try to fix problems before passing them down to the software development team. Any experience of ERP Software such as Dynamics, SAP, Navision would be a huge advantage as would any Visual Studio, SQL Server or MS Windows knowledge. An ITIL qualification would also be considered highly.
You will have excellent problem solving and analytical skills and will have a proactive approach to your work.
Any knowledge of reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or Business Objects will be beneficial, though not a necessity.
You will have excellent communication skills and be a strong team player.
